Blogging guidelines
Hi
Just in case you loose the sheet I gave you (surely not?) here are the guidelines you should use when writing your blogs each week. Remember to include the appropriate terminology so the examiner can see that you know what you're talking about!
BLOG GUIDELINES
Your Blog must contain the following information as a necessity. You may of course add more info, photos etc if you wish.
• An entry for P1 & 2
• An entry for P3 & 4
• You must explain what your task was during this lesson
• Who you worked with
• What you did to complete the task
• If you shared any work
• How did you feel about your own work?
• How could you improve?
• What did you do best?
• How did you feel about the work of others that you saw?
• How could they improve?
• Is this work ongoing? Will you need to do more to it to finish it?
• You should include some technical terminology in your writing, such as ‘explorative strategy’,’drama elements’ ‘drama mediums’ ‘expression’, ‘technique’, ‘photoshop’, ‘cropping’
• Or dance specific terms such as Performance Skills , Audition, Notator, Dance Science, Curriculum Vitae, Rehearsal, Technique, Conservatiores,
• You need to be clear about whether you learnt anything new or improved your skills in something. The examiner is looking for evidence that you have improved during the year.
Remember to bring your permission letter back for the theatre trip this week.
